We have developed the AGME riveting technology in our SRA-12, SRA-16 and SRA-23 servo riveting machines. These riveting units are conceived to be integrated into the special machines that require more flexibility and capacity.
When it is necessary to process rivets or parts with very different diameters in the same machine, the AGME SRA series riveting heads are the best option:
- SRA-12 servo riveting machine to get from 2 to 12 mm final diameter heads in 400 N/mm2 steel
- SRA-16 servo riveting machine to get from 4 to 16 mm final diameter heads in 400 N/mm2 steel
- SRA-23 servo riveting machine to get from 8 to 23 mm final diameter heads in 400 N/mm2 steel
They are the preferred solution when the rivets are very hard and/or when the diameters are large. The SRA riveting head units are prepared to be installed in a vertical or horizontal position in larger machines and they are manufactured in two versions with different performance:

Intelligent riveting heads with a controller and complete integrated control software
The SRA-UCC servo riveting head models are equipped with an intelligent controller and integrated software and enable:
- Management of up to 100 user programs.
- Sequential programming with various movement types: based on force, position, distance, or time.
- Control of critical parameters such as contact and final positions and final force using tolerance windows and envelop curves
- Storage of process results on uSD memory or direct reading via PLC, facilitating full process traceabilitly and integration into digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 enviroments.
