A project manager is made responsible for the design, coordination and control of all the project with the support of a multidisciplinary working team: mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, programming, manufacturing, quality control, assembly and installation. This project manager will be the client’s primary point on coordination and will collaborate with them in the developing of the best solution during the process: from the machine initial concept to the commissioning in the clients premises.
