Rolling over is a technology that AGME Automated Assembly Solutions are competent in, incorporating a multiple rolling head to their riveting machine. The rolling over process is the result of the combination of the rolling heads turning moving vertically and can be either inner or an outer rolling over.
It is the perfect technology to assemble very diverse components: thermo contacts, gas and water valves, hydraulic shock absorbers, water pumps, electrical fans, etc.
When the technical specifications and the calibration needs require it, we integrate hydraulic or electric presses to roll over friction bushes. In this case the rolling over process is not performed by turning rolling heads but by the direct pressing action.
