AGME has developed the fourth generation of AGME radial riveting machines, incorporating significant improvements in design, finish and performance. Riveting machines whose global presentation will be made at the next edition of the BIEMH exposition (28.05 - 01.06) in our stand (Pab.5 D54) at the Bilbao Exhibition Center. In addition, AGME PE electric presses and press heads will be also shown.
Following our policy of continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence, our RD & I department has realised considerable advances in durability, reliability and ergonomics over our standard riveting machines. In addition, the new AGME RA riveting machines have also delivered remarkable progress in flexibility and respect for the environment.
The RA radial riveting machines are highly efficient machines that solve any assembly need: from the forming of small rivets to the obtaining of large heads with different geometries; with a more current and innovative design, they integrate the following technical advances:

- New electric motors complying with IE3 European standard of energy efficiency
